Scrambled Eggs with Bacon, Tomato & Spinach
1.75 large [57.75 g] x White, Raw Egg
1.75 large [87.5 g] x Raw Egg
1.75 medium [87.5 g] x Short Cut Bacon
1 medium [131.25 g] x Tomato
78.75 g x Baby Spinach
Whisk eggs & whites to scramble eggs.
All ingredients can be cooked in one pan.
Cook bacon in a hot non-stick pan to your liking.
Add sliced tomato to pan.
Pour in eggs, stir constantly until light & fluffy.
Add spinach & let wilt.
Season to taste with salt & pepper.
